The GCCX CEI IT Global portfolio consists of over 75 innovation projects with a yearly average of benefit of over 90M. These projects consist of many different types of delivery methodologies from waterfall, to iterative, to agile. These projects upgrade the core OnStar services which include infotainment, billing, web, middleware, advisor applications, and vehicle applications. Due to the complexity of the GCCX environment, multiple projects that modify multiple applications are deployed at the same time. The release managers works across all projects and multiple IT and Business organizations to coordinated the release of new content. In north America, it is a 6 month process from the start of the planning to the successful implementation of the release. The release manager Lead will be the primary lead for all of the releases ensuring the successfully delivery of these projects.
In other Regions, this is currently a quarterly delivery process.
This role is the Lead Technical Release Manager. In addition to supporting releases, this role will be the lead coordinator for all the release managers to ensure consistent delivery and execution. The goal is to align all releases for all regions. This Lead will be responsible to align them along with the Vehicle Delivery Process timing.
GCCX Back office knowledge that includes understanding of the complex interfaces, applications, development environments, integration environments, integration testing, performance testing, business process, transition to operations, and IT Operations.
Working knowledge of Defect Management Tools (ALM, TFS), Oracle Knowledge Management, Deploy tools (CARA, FAT) and IT Service Manager.
In depth knowledge of GM Enable, GDP integration with IT project delivery, Galileo, and Security processes and practices.
Understanding of different testing scenarios and ensures that the release content has been tested adequately to ensure a quality delivery of services.

Experience/Education:
BS or Masters in Computer Science or Information Technology
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of IT-Experience
Recommended - Previous experience in testing and test automation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
