Recruiting Coordinator
Provides administrative support for hiring candidates and teams with the field recruiters to meet or exceed established department goals.
Essential Job Functions
Creates and provides offer letters, forms and other information to new hires
Communicates candidate status to Field Recruiters and Hiring Managers
Supports Field Recruiting efforts with activities such as leading applicants to hiring events through calls, emails and social media, conducting preliminary phone screens and resume searches
Assists with coordination of employment marketing including job board postings and creating flyers
Answers incoming calls from candidates with questions about job opportunities
Provides back up to Recruiting Online Chat
Provides assistance to applicants with the online application or electronic forms
Analyzes advertising effectiveness
Runs/develops reports to assist in identifying candidates for open positions
Analyzes percentage of candidates available versus those contacted within ATS system
Coordinates drug screens
Assists with implementation of recruiting strategies
Completes required training classes
Adheres to quality compliance requirements
All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in a Human Resources or business field or equivalent work experience

years related work experience in high-volume recruiting environment
Ability to maintain confidential information
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Work independently with minimal supervision
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines and hiring goals
