Assist in the preparation of stakeholder communication documents and presentations.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09) Specialized experience GS-12:
One year of specialized experience which includes:

Develop draft project schedules and budgets for review and approval by Senior Project Managers. Prepare and present stakeholder communication documents and presentations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11) Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
